Can i use eyebrow liner as the eye liner ???

Well keep in mind since eyebrow liner isn't actually supposed to be applied to the eye itself, it may not be opthamologist tested. And traditionally, anything for eyebrows are much more waxy so it will stick to the eyebrow hairs, something not often found in eyeliner. If you do decide to pop it in the microwave, check if there are any metal pieces to the liner pencil! If not, you could just as easy hold it close to a light bulb. yep I've done it! throw it in the micro for a few seconds or rub it between your hands...you could also put a little tiny tiny tiny bit of natural chapstick or vasiline on your eye lid, wipe it off and the pencil should glide across smoother and release an even amount of color on the lid.

Definitly can, its all the same stuff. Pop it in the microwave for a few seconds to make application easier!
