i reeeeally love M.A.C's graphliner, but that's a bit expensive at thirteen/fourteen bucks.





Revlon's Colorstay is amazing, it doesn't smudge or streak or anything ! It's only about six dollars, and if you wait for a coupon from a drugstore you can get two for the price of one.

You could get it at a durg store of the really good choses and wal-mart....lol...that is where i get mine and i love all of them that i get there....they stay on for like two weeks...
The least expensive and best one, is NYC black liner pencil. You can get it at most target stores, some walmarts. $1.00 - 1.99





Then the second best but a little pricer is almays eyeliner that is in like a little pen that you twist the bottom and it comes up. CVS, Walmart, Target, rite aid. Usually $7.00 - $12.00








Then, the priciest would be smash box liner or MAC. Availible at Sephora or sephora.com. Anywere from $20 - $50.

Even wet and wild has a decent one with a wand. I've used it before. Right now I like Maybaline, they are reasonable and have sales too. good luck
I get mine at Walgreen's Drug Store.....its called Jordana and I think they're like 98 cents....they're the only ones that don't make my eyes hurt or cry!
I say try Wet 'n' wild eyeliner it's works and it's only 99 cent.It works so great.
