Does anyone know any really good eye liner that doesn't run?!

MAC fluidline, its a gel based eyeliner, lasts all day comes in different colors and i gaurentee it wont smudge!Does anyone know any really good eye liner that doesn't run?!

Merle Norman, plus a good tip is to use a concealer or primer before putting it on. Try Urban Decays primer potion.
Urban Decay 24/7.....never, ever runs but is not painful to put on, either.....as creamy as can be without running at all.
If your looking for liquid eyeliner, honestly go for the Asda one, i was seriously desperate for a cheap eyeliner when i was out for the night so i popped into Asda and brought this cheap liquid eyeliner and OMG it was fantastic did not run and it make my eyes look wicked, honestly take my word for it its in Asda and it comes in a packed costs around 拢1.25.

the 'wand' isnt like a brush, its sort of like a mascara tip without the bristles.. the liquid liner seemes to stick to the 'wand' so when u put it on it doesnt run!
