How can you make your eyebrows thick..mine really thin..can you use a pencial eye liner?

U can get eye brow make up from a chemist or some where like that. its quit cheap.

yes you can if it MATCHES you color!!!And put it on lightly!!
Try an eyebrow pencil. And make sure to get the one that matches your eyebrow color.

The best thing about powder specifically for brows is they have a light undertone unlike eyeshadows. Give it a try!
well, i wouldn't use eyeliner. i ahve that same problem and i use Rimmel Eyebrow Pencil. it has the pencil part, and a eyebrow brush on the end!! just pick your shade.
