How can i stop my eye liner from running?

i apply eyeliner in the inside lid of my eye which is called the water line. i was told to use waterproof eyeliner and conceal with water proof eyeliner and it would stay. i was also told to apply it to the bottom and top inner lid as well.i ve tried everything that was suggested to get it to stay and it still runs. what can i use to stopped if from running? what do the stars use? a friend of mine suggest that i use MAC,being thats what she use and it stays allday. that has not work for me either. also tried applying underneath my eyelashes on the bottom lid, dont really care for how that looks. does anyone have any suggestion? How can i stop my eye liner from running?
Use an eyeliner for both top and bottom, but don't line the inside of the rims, because it tends to water from your tear ducts, and their isn't much you can do about your tear ducts LOL

After you do your eyeliner, get a eyeshadow the exact color, and with a small brush, apply over the eyeshadow. it'll help it stay.

I use lancome eyeliner, and mac eyeshadow in coal.

if you wanna guarantee that its gonna stay after doing that, get a clear colorfree/fragance free loose powder and lightly dust with a sponge to your eyeliner.

fabulouss!!How can i stop my eye liner from running?
just keep smiling
i line the inner rims of my eyes too and heres what i do to keep them from evvvver running:

get a lighter and burn the tip of your pencil for like two seconds just enough to get it soft but not melt it. if it gets liquidy let it dry and then apply it. it should feel kinda warm and look wet just let it dry before you start blinking your eyes again and it should be good.

i do that and mine never runs all day and i never have to redo it. =)
yer just NOT meant to have eyeliner on..im sure you're better off w/o it neways !!!!
use a face powder that matches your foundation under your eyes before applying. if your eyes are sensitive and you tear alot then I can't help you:)
You should try to use a sealer, i heard that Stila cosmetics has a good one.
