How can i stop my eye liner from running/smudging????

my eye liner always smudges...i even get the water proof/smudge proof stuff...and it still ends up smudging and stuff...


are there any tricks to help stop that???

The best thing i can tell you is to just try to say out of the heat because that smudges it alot. Also just try to re- apply it as much as possible.How can i stop my eye liner from running/smudging????
It's best to use kohl pencil eyeliner, because that never smudges. The effect gives you a smoky eye look, and really helps. =]
This sounds gross, but my niece (a cheerleader, athlete and pageant girl) told me to try it and it works. Before you use apply the liner, wipe it across a clean stick of deodorant or anti perspiring stick. I am not sure why it works but it does, be careful not to get it into your eye and do not use on the inner lid, but other than that this has worked for me for over a year.

well theres this store at the mall but i forgot what its called and they have really good make up and its expensive so maybe try somemore expensive and more water proof eye liner
put your foundation and powder on your eyelid a little bit and then apply eye makeup because then the eyeliner has something to grab on to and it lasts longer.
You might want to try the sensitive eyes eyeliner by Bee-Luscious (Google them). It has chamomile and aloe. You are probably rubbing your eyes without realizing it.
Try using loose powder by cover girl. Pat it under your eyes as close as you can. This will stop the smudge.
well, the best thing you can do is put it on thicker than normal, and dad excess off with a warm, wet cue tip. them keep you eye open for 30 seconds, and it will dry, and it won't smudge.
