Where can i buy gel eye liners in london?

I want to try out gel eye liners but not sure where to buy them in London. Can anyone give me recommendations of ones that they have tried? Do they come with a brush or do you need to buy it separately?

i bought my first gel eyeliner from a superdrug store and it was by 'sleek' cosmetics, it comes in a small pot and is avaliable in many different colours and somes with a little brush, so i recomend this if u are starting out with gel eyeliners becuase its cheap - at under 拢5 - but still really good.Where can i buy gel eye liners in london?
I recommend u to try KATE, it's a brand under KOSE.. i think it's gel eye liner is de best.. if u can find one in London. u can try.. It is affordable and worth.. for this brand, de pencil is included..it wont smudge and it is easy to use..
y dont u check out online shoppin stores ...they r convinent n reasonable

And it comes with a good quality brush with a variety of colours.
