Yes, it would look ok. If you use black liner then it will look too dark. (Trust me from experience) It is now talked about constantly. It was the most embarrassing moment in my life.

Are you dying ur hair? Usually whenever i go lighter, i also apply some on my eyebrows. It works.
The best color to use is Brown. It is dark enough for your eyebrows, but not too dark.
