Can anyone tell me what the best brand of eye liner is? ?

I want smooth application from a roll up liner and lots of rich color. ThanksCan anyone tell me what the best brand of eye liner is? ?
it depends if your using it for your top or bottom eyelid and also depends on your price range. i am a make-up artist and mac has a lot of very very nice liners but they can get a bit pricey so what i do is i use cover girl perfect point plus in espresso (dark brown because black is too harsh and out of style) and it goes on extremely smooth but here's the best part.... you can then change the eye liner color to whatever color you like by simply rubbing your finger in any color eyeshadow you choose the lightly rubbing it over the liner in one direction (outward) the smooth liner let's the shadow stick right to it and the results are always amazing =) you only need one color liner and different color shadowsCan anyone tell me what the best brand of eye liner is? ?
yeh the cover girl liner is only about 5 or 6 bucks and you get get them pretty much any pharmacy or mart or even grocery store =P i love harmons discount beauty supply it's a great store! Report Abuse

roll up..rich color. well my sister's a beauty advisor at walgreens, so you can bet she's tried like everything out haha. basically she settled on this REVLON kind. it's one of those rolly kind ones too. i used it too, it wuz awesommmme! haha, but i don't wear eyeliner anymore, or any kind of makeup really. but yea one time like the bottom accidentally fell off and i wuz like wtf, did i break it? but then i realized it wuz a sharpener! i wuz like aweeeesommme! 'cuz not only is it the roll up kind, but if you want the application to be more precise, you can use the little sharpener! haha. so yea, it cost about 6 bucks at walgreens, i guess 'cuz it works really well. haha this wuz long.
I really love jordana. The eyeliner itself is pencil and comes sharpen for you. Its not one of those expensive eyeliners, it is about two dollars for two long ones at your local drugstore (walgreens is where I get mine). The pencil itself glides across your eye great.





If you do not like pencil I suggest liquid eyeliner.
Easy :) you need to try Revlon Luxurious Eyeliner in Black Velvet(or if you prefer another color) The formula is so creamy and stays on ALL day :) It's double sided,too..the other end is to smudge(to create a smoky look) It's awesome I 鈾?it,,try it!!
