Which brand has the best eye liner?

You wouldn't believe this but Wet n wild has the best eyeliner ever. It is made with real kohl and it gives you the straightest darkest line ever. I have tried MAC and Lancome and all the expensive brands but when it comes to the price of those items it's usually all about packaging and promotion. The acutal product itself is not any better (usually) than a product that cost $3.Which brand has the best eye liner?

I have tried every eyeliner from Wet n Wild to Chanel. Have spent 3 dollars to 30 dollars. Then best one I have ever used is L'oreal Linuer Intense. People stop me in the mall, at clubs, on the plane - and ask me what type of eyeliner I use. It is liquid so it takes some practice..

MAC has the best everything, but if you want to go for value and not spend a lot of money, then go with cover girl (the one that twists up and has the smudge sponge with it)

I would have to say that CoverGirl has the best eyeliner. I personally use the CoverGirl perfect point plus eyeliner.
If you're looking for a high quality eyeliner that is also great for people with sensitive eyes or contact lens wearers, then I would recommend Clinique. All of their makeup is hypoallergenic and fragrance-free. Their prices are also moderate, priced above drugstore brands, but below brands like Chanel and Dior.

I like Almay, they have the eye shadows and eye liners color coordinated to bring out the color of your eyes. They go on smoothly and last all day on me.

theres a felt tip liner by ';PHYSICIANS FORMULA';. its liek $6 and you can get it anywhere pretty much- wal mart, rite aid, target, walgreens etc... be careful.. i bought one at wal mart and it was completely dried out when i got home. i think cause it was displayed with the tip facing up, so the ';ink'; drained out. i'd open mine before leaving the store (in the parking lot or outside) just to be safe.
No way. Avon has this line of glimmerstick eyeliners that goon smooth like a marker, slick like a liquid liner, and as easily as pencil liner. They are normally $6.00 each, but are always on sale for 1/2 off and other deals. They also make a ';big color eye pencil'; which is a thick pencil that can be used as eyeliner only or as extra portable eyeshadow in gorgeous and fun colors that makes the tricky art of eyeshadow application so easy anyone can do it. They are super cute and I definately recommend them. Since you can get them delivered to your door and ask your representative to look up the best price for you, they are a must have. And if that isn't enough to convince you...EVERYTHING that Avon sales has a 100% guarentee. Try it. Let your friend try it. Try it for a week or however long it takes you to decide. If you don't love it for whatever crazy reason, return it with no problems, no packaging, and no reciepts. It is all that a makeup seeker could hope for!
I am the eyeliner queen. I don't think there is one that exists that I haven't tired. My favorite is one that my mom ordered for me from Avon's Mark catalog. It's called winkink felt tip eye liner. It's a liquid liner but it looks like a thin-tipped sharpie. You can just draw it easily right on your eye without the mess of normal liquid liners.


If you're not interested at all in liquid, the best pencil I have found is L'oreal pencil perfect self-advancing eyeliner.


Just a tip: after I line, I dip an angle brush in some black eyeshadow and go over the line to set it.
