how do u get eyeliner on cause everytime i try to put it on it does not go on my lid or it is way above my eyelashes and what is the best brand to getHow do u get eye liner on and what is the best brand to buy that is not hard to get on?

IMO, CHANEL is the best liner but my sister has been using Wet and Wild and it works better on her than me.


I've always started from the outer side of my eye, dragging the pencil at a 45 degree angle. It helps make your line straighter and smoother.
to put on eyeliner on top lid: close one eye and gently stretch it into a line. then gently apply the liner onto the lid following you eyelids shape. I would use a liquid pen type eyeliner because its the easiest to apply and to get off.
ok well if ur putting it on ur eye LID then with one hand pull lightly on ur eye lash so it streches ur lid out then lightly lookign the mirror put it real close to ur eye lash make a light line if u dotn' liek it take a makeup wipe and wipe it off once u get the line u like make it darker

the best king that i have found is covergirl. you do the top lid by pulling the skin outward towards your hairline, so you have a clear view of the lid, and do the bottom by getting as close to your eyelashes as you can
