What's a good eye liner? what is your favorite brand?

ok i need a few make-up reccomendations.. i wear eye-liner everyday, but it always fades by the end of the day. i was wondering if someone could reccomend a good eye liner pencil that stays put throughout the whole day. a lot of people put it on the outside of their lower lashes. i like to put it on the inside. just so you get the idea, here's a picture of my daily eye makeup except without the eye shadow:

i applied it like 30 minutes ago that day so thats why it looks so fresh. also, what's a good color that will complement my eye color? i actually havent gone that dark for a long time, now i usually just apply a thin line of dark brown. thanks a bunch!! :) oh and by the way, i'm 14.. i don't want anything too dramatic, just really pretty, flirty.. fresh.. ya know? thanks again! :]What's a good eye liner? what is your favorite brand?
Maybeline-Line Stylist-its so thin and it looks good all dayWhat's a good eye liner? what is your favorite brand?
I use NYC color.I usually only use it in theater, but it always lasts throughout the whole show and after. So, about 6 hours. For your eye color I'd use a light brown.
rimmel is by far the best pencil liner i use(like you i put it inside my lashes) but if youre lookng for a liquid i reccomend l'oreal

hope i helped
Merle Norman- the brand

Waterproof, Smudgeproof Long lasting eyeliner. They have one in a pencil or in a container, the only set back is u have to use an eyeliner brush. I am using it right now. It is dark. The black is dark...like if u want to make dramatic eyes...you can....but it won't come off.....I wash my eyes and my eyeliner is still on until the next day I have to wash it off again..It works awesome.
for eyemakup use thise looks

For your coloring I think you should wear brown. If you want the eyeliner to stay put, it's better to use liquid eyeliner, and waterproof also...if your skin is oily at all, the pencil eyeliner is likely to fade away quickly. I use Maybelline waterproof ';Lineworks'; liquid liner in brown (it goes on looking brown but dries looking brownish-black - definitely not as dramatic as black - it ends up looking about the same shade as what you have on in the picture) - it does stay put all day on the lower lashes but for me it fades on the upper lash line by the end of the day. Maybelline is so easy to apply. I don't like their other liquid liners but Lineworks is great and it is one of the few makeup items that I have started using and used for a long time - so I've hardly sampled any others that are out there. It was a winner right away. (As far as other makeup, I've tried lots and LOTS of different kinds before settling on the one I liked...). I tried WetNWild waterproof brown (it looks more brown than the Maybelline does - it's lighter) liquid eyeliner for a short time (but WITH the Maybelline) and it seems to have great staying power - it's hard to get it to come off, even when you're really trying! - although I found it not so fluid and easy to apply as the Maybelline, nor as evenly thick a line, but if you like the pencil eyeliner look, that might be exactly what you want. Some people shy away from liquid eyeliner because it's hard to apply, but I just keep a wipe nearby and correct any mistakes with that (I use the Walmart generic version of Ponds clean sweep wipes - they're pretty inexpensive, but not soapy/lathery like the Ponds ones, and work just as well...although I would only recommend these if you decide to use the Maybelline lineworks eyeliner - the WetNWild kind won't come off with these wipes...you'd have to use waterproof-eye-makeup-remover on a wipe for that - Neutrogena eye makeup remover cloths are great, or just a wipe with your own liquid eye makeup remover applied to it). I really think the WetNWild is worth a try...it's so inexpensive that you can't lose by trying it. I think for staying power you might want to try the Maybelline with WetNWild on top of it...the Maybelline will be easy to apply and then the WnW will hold the color there. I've never used a gel eyeliner but I've heard that they stay put really well.

Another way to find out about the best eyeliner is to register on www.makeupalley.com and see what the girls there recommend. That website has been quite helpful and you can find customer reviews of tons of makeup products that are out there - they tell you the good, bad, and ugly about each one.

I can't personally recommend a powder/shadow liner but I love the Bare Escentuals/Bare Minerals look of powder liner in brown - maybe not using as much as they use in their ';meet the eyes'; kit on www.bareescentuals.com, but a similar style. A brown that matches your eyebrows would give you a softer, strikingly pretty yet somewhat earthy-natural look. Since I haven't tried it, I don't know about the staying power of powder liner but maybe someone else on this forum or on makeupalley could tell you about that, from experience. Hope this helps.
I wear eyeliner on the inside of my eyelid too and I also have the same problem. I think that's the reason why we can't get eyeliner to last like other people can, since our eyes are wet it wears off faster. But I can tell you I use Loreal Kohl eyeliner (it's a gold-colored pencil) and it goes on really smooth and lasts longer than anything else I've tried.
I use Bobbi Brown Gel Eyeliner
Clinique makes a really nice eyeliner it's called quick liner for eyes. I use it everyday and have no problems with it. I would not put the eyeliner in the inside maybe just apply it along the lash line. Dark brown, Dark chocolate, or even a violet would look nice on you. Clinique has all of these colors.
