I Use Revlon Colorstay. It Comes In A Variety Of Colors And It Doesn't Smudge. I Wear It Almost Everyday And It Stays The Same. Also You Don't Have To Sharpen It Because It Just Comes Up (Or If You Want A More Defined Line You Can Sharpen It Because Its Self Sharpening Or Whatever) There Is Also Water Proof As Well.
well i like this one clinique liner that is in a little jar and its good for smudging. but boots no. 7 liner is really good and a good price.

They have some great colors to choose from and they are very smooth and easy to apply without being too gel-like.
my favorite eyeliner is the marykate%26amp;ashley sparkling black. it stays on longer and looks great! really makes your eyes stand out!
