I like to use Revlon colour stay, which is rather cheap (10$) but it does smudge a little. A trick I use though, is to take either your fingertip or an angled eyeliner brush if you apply it to your water line, and just apply a little bit of black eyeshadow over top of your previously made eyeliner line, and it stays all day!What is a good brand of eye liner that doesn't smudge?
If you want quality, splurge. Stila's smudge pots are inexpensive ($16) and they can be applied as eyeliner via brush. It stays on all day, never smears, and the only way I can get it off is with eyemake up remover. The pigment is intense and looks the same hours after the application. You can order it at sephora.com

For Liquid i use Mac But, Try LOREAL PARIS.


Pencil i use i love my eyes. (Tyra Banks uses it too)
using eyekohls will help. I use MAC's and it works really well. otherwise go waterproof
