I think it is rather creepy when guys wear eyeliner. I went to a Shiny Toy Guns concert and the people there were so androgynous, both guys and girls. All of the guys were wearing eyeliner and their hair was in their eyes, and they were super skinny! It was gross, not masculine at all, makeup is no good on guys. Maybe it's an age thing if it is popular, I am 29, I see it mostly on people a lot younger.
