Whats a good brand of eye liner?

whenever i put on almost ne eye liner it smears after like 20 minutes.does anyone no a brand that dosnt smear that much?Whats a good brand of eye liner?

if you're going for the cheaper kind - get Almay, Covergirl, or Maybelline in WATERPROOF.





If you're willing to spend the money then Lancome waterproof eyeliner, is the best eyeliner I've ever used if you want it to stay on.





You can find Lancome counters in Macy's or Nordstrom.
