Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil. They are waterproof and will not budge once they dry. Just make sure you have a good makeup remover for these. They come in a lot of fun colours too.Is there a brand of eye liner and other makeup that will not wear off when one sweats too much?
i would say chanel stylo yeux waterproof eyeliner.. omg! these thing are thee best... even if you run in p.e. it wouldnt smudge or what not..well.. what i dont like about it is the fact that it's $30 a stick,, but other than that... it's gooodIs there a brand of eye liner and other makeup that will not wear off when one sweats too much?
