Avon Glimmersticks, they stay on all day, glide on, don't have to sharpen %26amp; they come in waterproof too. I always come back to these they just work the best!
I just bought black maybelline liquid and its amazing!!
I use Mac. I think it is the best so far. Costs a little more, but it's worth it.

well since it is summer and hot, you might want to try a waterproof eyeliner, such as Maybelline. Remember that liquid looks less natural, you might want to go with the pencil one =)
