Look upwards slightly, and line your lower lid (just barely under, kind of right up against your lower lashes). Start from the outer corner and work your way in, making the line thicker at the corner and kind of tapering out. the biggest mistake anyone can ever do, is put it right on the line in your eye, you know what im saying? like pulling your eye down and putting it directly on the eye line. Its best to apply the eyeliner a little bit under the lash line, like where your bottom eyelashes are. like For example if your wipe under your eye, thats where your eyeliner should go.

It all depened on your eye.
First make sure you eyeliner(if pencil) is fully sharpened.
Then Lift down your eye, with your fingers.
There wil be like a jelly-like line across your eye.
That is wear you apply your eyeliner.
If you go any lower, you wil look like an immature freak.
Blink your eye, adn it should be darker.
Liquid eyeliner is a whole different story, so if you're a begginer jsut stick with the pencil.
The best way to put on eyeliner is to use short, feathery strokes to wiggle the pencil into the lash line and to blend the pigment for a softer appearance. Also right on the lash line and smudge it with a q-tip .never put it on the inside part, because that gives you little bumps or a big bump . the only way you can get rid of these is by rubbing gold on it , for some reason :S

I put both bottom and top eyeliner on right into where the lash line is. I like it to be as close to it as possible. A lot of people think that what I do is weird until they try it. I put it on the part of my eye above the bottom lashes. So its on the part that is really ticklish, but I wouldn't put it anywhere else. I love it on that part of my eye. Same for the top. I do it closest to my eye and into my lashes and it works wonders.
Get a regular stick of eyeliner(no liquid) and pull down your bottom eyelid by placing one or two fingers at the top of your cheek. Try and put on the eyeliner gently right above the eyelashes on the moist-ish part. Make sure to make it even from tip to tip of the eye. If you don't have experience with putting eye make-up on, your eye will definitely twitch alot. Go slow and stare straight ahead and don't move your eye.
place your finger flat under your eye, slightly pull your eye down so you can see the space between your eye and eyelashes, make sure you have a good eye liner so you only have to go over it once

Well you just put ur index finger right under ur eye and pull down to put black or brown eyeliner if u have brown eyes.
I used to put eyeline on my bottom lid untill it started to smudge alot and make my bag's look even darker. Now what I do is put mascara on my bottom lashes and it defines my eyes even more cuz it looks like i have a line on my bottom eye lid.
But if that doesnt work, you might have to go get a waterproof eyeliner from MAC or any high branded makeup line. They dont usually smudge and they come as sticks so you can just put it on your bottom lid.
I use a lighter to slightly warm the tip of my eyeliner pencil. Only keep it on for like 1 or 2 seconds then let it cool a little after. It makes it go on nice and smooth and even.
12. Line the lower lids . Some people put the liner just below the lower lashes, while others prefer to put it on the rim of the eye, above the lashes (see Warnings), or even on the upper innerlash rim (if you're super skilled, careful, and daring!). Moving from the outside edge inward, draw a line lightly, but don't go for perfection, you can go back over the faint line and darken after the stroke. hold the eye you are putting it on closed and look with the other eye. That way i you slip you won't get it in your eye.
pull down the skin right under your eye (not too hard) and apply eyeliner gently =]
Find your water line and apply 1 layer across or halfway.
